Laffos Cookies was born from the lifelong friendship and shared passion of Mark (Laffo) Laffin and Christeen McKeever.

Mark’s vision and Christeen’s baking dreams beautifully merged in the heart of Mackay, turning their passions into a community favourite.

Partnering with Dan from Primal Coffee, whose dedication to quality mirrors their own, they created a unique gourmet experience centred around community, friendship, and the joy of delicious food.

Our cookies are baked fresh daily, with no preservatives - pure indulgence designed to be enjoyed immediately or shared soon after. Every bite is a testament to quality, passion, and flavour.

Our Ingredients

Every cookie starts with carefully selected, premium ingredients: all-Australian flour, castor sugar for sweetness, brown sugar for delightful crunch and caramel undertones, full cream butter (minimum 80% fat), fresh eggs - or "gold dust," as bakers like to say - and the finest Callebaut Belgian chocolate. Quality isn't an option at Laffos Cookies - it's our standard.
